2. HIGHER EDUCATION

A still-life, self-portrait from high school. Judging by the Pinkerton album, it was probably 1998. I listened to a lot of music then and saw shows, including bands my friends were in. Performing in musicals tapered off by senior year and art was my primary focus. I entered college without a plan, except to study whatever piqued my interest. Primarily: painting, printmaking, and graphic design. Philosophy and astrology entered my world those years and now dominate my days. I have a lot to say about where this is all headed, but I can only do it in bits and pieces. For now, enjoy this time capsule.
